Our rates vary based on factors such as location, number of pets, and requested services. To receive an accurate quote, please send us a message using the form above. Be sure to include your location and the number of pets you have so we can respond as quickly as possible.

Services booked during holidays and peak periods (including Spring Break) are subject to an additional fee. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total service balance.

All deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled service start date will receive the deposit as a credit for future services. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit and require payment of 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time will be charged 100% of the total balance, and the deposit will be forfeited. Any services shortened or reduced after booking and payment of a deposit will incur a 25% charge for the canceled portion of services. 

For holidays and peak seasons, cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and full payment of the total balance.

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Any approved refunds will be provided as a credit to your account for future services.

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as required by the state of Texas. Prior to the start of services, clients must review and sign our client contract outlining all policies. A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times, along with current vaccination records for cats and dogs.
